Mixed feelings in Madrid over its bid for the Summer Olympics

On September 7th, the host country for the 2020 Olympic Games will be announced at the International Olympic Committee's convention in Buenos Aires. The three cities in the running are Istanbul, Madrid and Tokyo. It's the Spanish capital's third consecutive bid for the Games. Lauren Frayer reports from Madrid on how some locals are hoping that the third time is a charm - and others aren't so sure.
