Medical ethicist: Vaccine patent waivers a 'red herring'

The United States says it supports waiving patent protections for COVID-19 vaccines. That means that more companies in more countries could possibly produce the jabs. Medical ethicist Arthur Caplan told Brent Goff that waiving intellectual rights is not the answer to vaccine shortfalls.
