A market for food waste

Shriveled lemons, forgotten leftovers, and wilted celery are often found lurking at the back of fridges. In Germany, the average person throws away 82 kilograms of unused food every year. Now, a few enterprising individuals are looking to tackle the problem - they've opened a supermarket to sell food that's rescued from the bin.
