A terminal for LNG tankers in the Port of Klaipėda is to supply Lithuanian citizens with natural gas. They're to receive it through pipelines which previously belonged to Russian energy giant Gazprom. Russia's President Vladimir Putin is angered by the changes and has accused the EU of "expropriation".
