Sönke Johannsen and his Argentinian wife Adriana Acosta have brought a touch of South America to northeast Germany. The couple have renovated a centuries-old manor house in the rural Mecklenburg region and turned it into a charming hotel. Each of the rooms is individually decorated with attention to detail - and has been given an Argentinian name.
