Israeli government approves hostage-release deal with Hamas

Israel and Hamas have agreed to a pause in fighting of at least four days to allow for the release of 50 Israeli hostages taken by Hamas, and of 150 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons. The deal has been welcomed by hostages' families.
