Israel's military has said it tries to minimize civilian casualties in its bombing of the Gaza Strip. However, new US intelligence estimates that more than 40% of the 29,000 munitions dropped on the densely populated area are unguided. Military analyst Frank Ledwidge pointed out that Israel might be running out of precision kits for its weapons.
