Israel's military has presented a plan to get more aid into Gaza. The army has said as many as 500 trucks a day could soon be delivering supplies. IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari said a new border crossing would be opened between Israel and Gaza's north, where the threat of famine is especially acute.
