Is Prague overrated?

A blog post entitled "The six most overrated travel destinations on the planet" got a lot of traffic recently. In second place was the Czech capital Prague. The author's message was that Prague is crowded, rife with pickpockets, has a confusing public transport ticket system – so don't bother. But is this a fair assessment? Rob Cameron met up with Katerina Pavlitova from Prague City Tourism.
