Is Myanmar North Korea's Only Friend?

23/07/09July 23, 2009

North Korea said it would not negotiate its nuclear disarmament until the US "dropped its hostile attitude". US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Thursday that North Korea had "no friends left", as many other nations expressed concern over Pyongyang’s provocative behaviour. While speaking at the forum of the Association of South East Asian Nations in Phuket, Clinton also said she was worried about possible nuclear cooperation between Pyongyang and the military regime in Myanmar.
