The rise of digital technology and the Internet has fundamentally changed the way we communicate. Although Internet penetration is still relatively low on the African continent, things there are changing rapidly. At a recent conference in Hamburg, bloggers, journalists and experts discussed which opportunities the changing media landscape holds for German-African relations.
