Berlin's elections seemed to deal another blow to Mrs Merkel's ruling CDU party. Much was made of her speech saying she wished she could have turned back time to deal again with the migrant crisis. But political analyst Heinz Schulte explains that her speech was a clever ruse to move forward rather than an admission of having got it wrong in the past.
