Inside Europe: The Third Man draws tourists to Vienna

It is 70 years since the shadow of The Third Man first fell over post-war Vienna. The classic film-noir thriller tells the story of a city battling to rebuild after the horrors of the Second World War, amid crime, the black market and extreme poverty.
