Inside Europe: The Irish debate about birthright citizenship

US President Donald Trump has sparked a debate about revoking the right to citizenship for babies born on American soil to illegal immigrants and non-US citizens. A similar debate is taking place in Ireland where immigrant children are facing deportation. In 2004, Ireland held a referendum on the issue.
