Inside Europe: Surviving Belgrade's winter

Serbia has suffered the coldest week it has had in decades. Temperatures have sunk as low as -18 degrees Celsius. But despite the freeze, behind the railway station in central Belgrade, more than 1000 refugees and migrants are surviving the cold in abandoned warehouses, with little or no help. Mitra Nazar reports.
