The north-western city of Bra in Italy has just played host to a four day cheese extravaganza as part of the slow food festival. There were more than 300 artisan cheese-makers from every corner of the globe. Dany Mitzman rolled up to sample some of Europe's stranger cheeses, from green, to mouldy, to worm infested morsels and she lived to tell the tale!
