Serbia is supposed to be moving toward membership in the European Union. It even has a target accession year: 2025. But lately it's been getting close to China. Over the past two years, Chinese companies have acquired steelworks and mines in Serbia — and the government in Belgrade is hoping that's just the start. Guy De Launey reports.
