Job discrimination is costing France tens of billions of euros each year. That’s according to a government study that adds an economic argument to a push for more diversity in the workplace. Activists have long complained the French motto of liberty, equality and fraternity is not necessarily reflected in hiring practices. One headhunter, in Paris, is on a mission to change that.
