Inside Europe: Hungary's constitutional move on migrants

The Hungarian government is planning to amend the constitution in order to block a European Union plan to relocate migrants in the country. Prime Minister Viktor Orban has been one of the most vocal opponents of immigration within the EU. He says he wants to protect Hungary's Christian identity and recently held a referendum on the EU migrant quota system. Stefan Bos reports from Budapest.
