Inside Europe: Rubber bullets in France

At least 14 people have reportedly lost an eye after being shot by police Defensive Ball Launchers since the country's "yellow vests" protests began in November. This new generation rubber bullet rifle, usually known by its French acronym LBD, has been banned in many countries but France's highest administrative court, the Council of State, has rejected legal bids to suspend its use.
