Inside Europe: EU says respect values or face funding cuts

The European Commission wants to cut off EU funds to member countries that do not respect the rule of law. That will likely upset Hungary and Poland which have clashed with the EU over their alleged democratic backsliding. Keith Walker spoke with Ryan Heath, political editor at POLITICO Europe. Keith started by asking Ryan about the alleged rule of law breaches by Poland and Hungary.
