Those on the right of politics are fond of criticizing the country's 35-hour working week, high taxation, and restrictive business practices. It's rare for such talk to come from the left. But a rising star of French politics, the 37 year-old Economy Minister, Emmanuel Macron, has made all these points, loudly and repeatedly. And he's now hitting out at another sacred cow - the civil servants.
