Inside Europe: A Turkish about-turn on child marriage

Turkey has made a surprising about turn by withdrawing a controversial bill on child marriage that had attracted street protests and condemnation from cross party politicians, NGO's and foreign governments. On Monday it seemed the government would push ahead but on Tuesday, under instruction from President Erdogan, it had changed its position. Istanbul correspondent Dorian Jones explains why.
