Indigenous community in Paraguay forced to live on the roadside

A long displaced indigenous community in Paraguay is looking forward to returning to their traditional way of life following a long awaited land deal. The Yakye Axa indigenous community of Paraguay’s Chaco region have been living in squalored conditions beside a local highway for over fifteen years. But they are closer than ever to returning to a part of their ancestral land.
