“If a tree falls: Deforestation in Africa” – Episode 1 – “Trees and rainfall”

In the first episode of our enthralling series on deforestation in Africa, Isingoma and Akiki who live in Dovani camp, are still experiencing the pain of war. Isi remembers the tragic loss of his twin brother Kato. Akiki can already feel the effects of deforestation as she searches for firewood. Chika and Talib who work for Help Africa Youth Group are trying to solve some of the environmental problems facing the camp inhabitants. Akiki proves she knows a thing or two about trees, while Mulogo seems to have his own opinion about this topic.
