Hummels' transfer to Bayern confirmed

Bayern Munich have agreed to sign German national team defender Mats Hummels from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund. Both clubs confirmed Hummels will join the champions in July on a five-year deal, assuming he passes a medical exam.
