How some Ukrainians are dodging conscription

When Russia invaded their country, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians signed up to defend their homeland. But some refuse to fight, and are breaking the rules by leaving. Ukrainian MP Lisa Yasko talks to DW about the issue of draft evasion.
