There are plenty of critics of Europe's stress tests. None of the scenarios in the test included a government defaulting on its debt. Just think about the fears surrounding Greece, Spain and Portugal this year. We spoke to Hans-Peter Burghof, who heads the Banking and Credit Institute at Hohenheim University in Germany. We asked him if the stress test were tough enough.
