Germany society is fond of a drink... more so than most other nations. Yet, alcohol is relatively cheap, easy to get and can be bought from the age of 16. The country also has relatively lax laws regulating alcohol. Why is that? And what could Germany do to limit the damage caused by alcohol consumption?
