Germany to station troops in Lithuania

Cooperating on strengthening NATO's eastern flank, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius has signed an agreement to deploy troops in Lithuania. It's the first time Bundeswehr soldiers will be permanently stationed outside Germany.
