Germany seeks arrest of Ukrainian over Nord Stream sabotage

German prosecutors are seeking the arrest of a Ukrainian over the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipeline two years ago. He is accused of being one of the divers who planted the explosive devices. Four explosions were registered on the Nord Stream pipelines - months after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
