German state elections: COVID leads to digital campaigns

Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate are holding state elections. Campaigning is taking place digitally, which may give us a taste of what Germany's federal elections could look like in September. We went to Rhineland-Palatinate to find out more.
