German Artist Georg Baselitz

May 15, 2014

Baselitz is one of the most important contemporary German artists. He often paints his subjects so that they look upside-down. This time he is presenting his 'Mastiff, Dog 1' from 1969 and about 70 more animal pictures he's painted over the years. We checked out his work currently on display at the Franz Marc Museum in Southern Germany.
