Free market advocates are applauding yesterday's EU court decision upholding a ruling that Microsoft abused its dominent market position to crush rivals. Business leaders are now eager to see how the European Commission enforces the hefty Half- Bbillion Euro fine on Microsoft and demands the software maker unbundle its Windows operating system. Microsoft says it will honor the ruling, and has not yet indicated it would appeal.
