U.S. President George Bush says the American economy needs decisive action from the government on a financial bailout plan. The president made the comment in response to Congress's no vote on his 700 Billion dollar rescue package for Wall Street. He said Monday's stock market dive, including the Dow's biggest point decline ever, was having a direct impact on pension funds and personal savings.
