Europe's drugs of choice

In its annual report, the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction says it has detected a shift away from opiates, such as heroin, and cocaine. Instead, the EMCDDA's Jane Mounteney says more Europeans are using synthetic drugs.
