This time in our weekly edition of à la carte, we visit the restaurant "Pearl" in Germany's banking capital Frankfurt for a taste of some regional specialties. Chef Stefan Karger shows us how to prepare his version of the classic "green sauce", made from seven different herbs, which he serves with veal tafelspitz and a vegetable medley.
