EU leaders meet to discuss climate change - but the Greek financial crisis overshadows the talks

Constanze TressDecember 11, 2009

EU leaders have so far failed to come up with a "fast-start" funding for poorer nations to battle climate change. Despite working overnight, there has been no agreement yet on the initial 6 billion euro funding they hoped to pledge at the Copenhagen Climate summitt.
