Europe is seeing extreme weather this summer. To combat the effects of climate change, the European Parliament is voting on the so-called Nature Restoration Law. It aims to turn up to 20 percent of land and sea back into wilderness by 2030. That includes turning some farmland into forests. But many big-scale farmers say it's not a realistic goal.
