Equal at last: Angola decriminalizes homosexuality

Angola’s parliament has decriminalized homosexuality and banned discrimination based on sexual orientation. Helena Humphrey spoke about the landmark decision with Graeme Reid, the director of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights Program at Human Rights Watch in New York.
