Electro-elegance: BMW 530e iPerformance

What's in a name? Plenty! Instead of the clunky-sounding "BMW 5 Series Plugin-Hybrid", this new BMW model is called the 530e i-Performance. Charging at a high-voltage station takes three hours. The BMW 530e can run 30–40 km on all-electric power.
