Egypt before the Elections - Germany's Human Rights Commissioner M. Löning on a Democracy Mission

A first round of voting in Egypt's parliamentary elections is set to take place on November 28. The situation is tense, with a power struggle among the military, about 50 parties, and young revolutionaries. Germany's Human Rights Commissioner Markus Löning recently visited the country.
