Rising seas linked to climate change pose a major threat to coastal cities all around the world. Who better to turn to for ideas than the Dutch? With much of the country below or below sea level, the Dutch are certainly experts when it comes to managing water. Now, engineers and planners have been devising nature-based flood control systems that are cheap, effective and environmentally friendly.
