Dozens feared dead in boat found drifting off Cape Verde

More than 60 migrants are believed to have died in a boat found drifting off the coast of Cape Verde. An NGO said the boat left Senegal in early July. According to the UN, more than 2,400 people have died trying to reach Europe by boat this year.
