Digital Europe: Uber launches Uber Pool ridesharing app

Car-sharing app Uber has just launched a taxi sharing service in London called Uber Pool. The idea is that the Uber app matches two passengers going in the same direction, and they are both picked up by the same driver. Sharing a journey makes the ride cheaper.
