Decision day for José Manuel Barroso in his bid to stay on as European Commission president

The European Parliament will vote later today on whether to give Commission president Jose Manuel Barroso another five-year term. Barroso is the only candidate for the presidency and is expected to be re-elected. But he does not enjoy the support of ALL the groups in the parliament - which could affect his ability to push through reforms.
