Deadly South Africa fire a 'wake-up call' on housing

South Africans are coming to terms with a building fire in Johannesburg that has resulted in the deaths of at least 74 people. President Cyril Ramaphosa blamed what he described as "criminal" elements for conditions in the overcrowded building.
