Dam Collapses in Indonesia, Killing at least 58

At least 58 people have been killed and many more injured after a dam burst near the Indonesian capital, Jakarta.

The death toll is expected to rise further, as many residents remain missing.

The authorities say the Situ Gintung dam collapsed early Friday morning sending a wall of water through a crowded residential area.

Rescue work is underway.
