The spiritual leader of Tibet, the Dalai Lama, has arrived in Germany for a five-day tour. His visit comes just months after he was last in the country, when his meeting with Chancellor Angela Merkel sparked a diplomatic row with China. Beijing sees the Dalai Lama as a separatist threat -- blaming him for fomenting a wave of protests in Tibet back in March.
