Cleaning up Cambodia's act

According to the UN, 2.5 billion people don't have access to proper sanitation. Cambodia has the lowest toilet coverage in all of Southeast Asia. Efforts to promote and install toilets in rural areas have been met with limited success. Cambodia's sanitation infrastructure is antiquated and slows down overall development.
